 In economy injection of fake money by the state dilutes their value.

In society generation of fake information by AI dilutes the truth.

People can interact and reason because they agree on some basic truths. Language is an example, we can communicate because we agree that these signs have the same meaning for us. 

The post moderns clumsily tried to deconstruct this by saying that female and male are the same.

AI is doing the same thing but at an industrial scale. It doesn't deconstruct the meaning but it is inventing relations that are not there.

In the past a peasant went to the local shaman/priest and asked about the shape of the earth.

The shaman didn't want look like a fool and invented an explanation that the land is flat and it rests on a turtle back.

That explanation worked till that peasant become a sailor and he had to use more realistic model of earth as a sphere to navigate 

But the shaman/priest didn't update his knowledge base, because he didn't had the same feedback.

People can have false beliefs that are corrected by external factors.

In AI as in a religion these corrections are not happening, or not fast enough. 

To correct a huge centralized AI, you have to delegate this it's users, but whom to trust? 

Some users have malicious intent.

AI is like a religion offers answers based on some common beliefs but it is more than that.

The Catholic church before Luther could impose a certain world view on the peasant, merchants and crafts men. But it didn't affected the way they worked.

Catholic church banned use of heaten Arabic numbers, but Italian merchant ignore the bank.

Imagine a Catholic church,centralized all powerful that can force you to use roman numerals instead of Arabic. This is AI now.

I think we should make clubs were people will use only their brains to reason with artificial help.

I don't think that it will be a war between freethinkers and AI, but AI has the disadvantage that is expensive, and optional. The option to use human brain always exists.

The way AI was developed it is putting it in competition with human brain.

It could be developed to complement the brain as the computer was developed.

The man from subject to object

 Before smart devices, the man the subject and the tool was the object.

You took the phone and dial a number.

Now the phone speaks to us and tell us what to do.

Now the smart tool is the subject and we are the objects 

Brain executive function and religion

 The psyche executive function means that you can start task and finish them.

Some religions with rituals , and strict discipline can improve the executive function of believers making them more successful, enriching the cult and expand it.

In the fight between orgiastic Rituals of Bachus and Christian austerity. The last one won, because it increased self discipline and executive function of the believers.

Such religions who improve their human resources, have greater succes and survive the clergy corruption.

After the corrupt clergy is removed, usually by the grim reaper, in the church body you have enough competent leaders to replace them.

Religions who cannot improve or expand by conversion the human resources pool, die.

That's why religions who use fanatics for self sacrifice, are self limiting and finally die.

Manufactured identity

 Have you tried to change opinions of a religion person ?

You can't, because he/she is defined by his/het role his/her habits.

Your arguments against his religion attack the core of identity and you are rejected.

That's why during communist time, we regimented and we wore uniforms, to have the identify of a young communist engraved.

That why Americans out posters with their candidates in their lawn.

Their identity is manufactured to be democrat, republican, MAGA or LGBTQ.

These divisions are used to control.

Other countries with older identities , have their identity highjacked, like Germany in the '30.

There the nationalism is used to control.

This doesn't work in USA, but it works very well the division.

What conspiracy theorists miss when they see 'Eyes wide shut'

In the Kirk assassinatiin it is the same but they skip the first part, the narrative jumped to deceit 

"It was just a fake, the assassin didn't have weapon, he wasn't on the roof. They took the wrong guy. It was a plot".

Then now they go to minimisation:

"Kirk was a fringe right, we was pro gun, white supremacist, Tyler was just a gamer with social problem with a trans boyfriend "

All this is just to stop searching for the truth.

Education is overrated

 I heard very often the argument, only if we had education we would not have right wing extremism.

Osama Bin Laden was a well educated man from a wealthy family, yet a known terrorist.

Nazi and communists had educated elites.

Economy is more important.

Without WW1, Russians would not have overthrown the Czar and allow rise of Bolshevik.

Without economic crisis that fringe Hitler wouldn't gain popularity.

The second factor that is important is ethics, people should share common humanistic values, not tribalistic values like if it is done by my people is good if it is done by your people is bad.

This descent in tribalism is obvious in US and it is accelerated by MAGA and Trump personality cult.

Irony

 The killer of Charlie Kirk was caught. Exactly like the other two guys who tried to assassinate Trump: he is white conservative.

Prior to the arrest, all the right wing outlets spread the falsehood that it was a trans woman who was responsible.

From what I know I don't know of any plot against republicans, by trans, Latinos or Haitian. 

People who were vilified by Trump.

But we have 3 assassination attempts from his support demographic: white conservative, supporters of second amendment.

Do you think that Trump should change his stance and condemn white conservative as well ?
