Russia invaded Georgia an US ally, to discourage any expansion on NATO, near the russian border.
Checens are putting bombs in Russia, maybe tolerated by NATO states.
Maybe russians reply by fooling a Chechen to put some bombs in Boston.
This will be a revenge, and will cut support in public opinion for Chechens.
Anyway I don't think the 2 chechens woke up one morning, hating America.

It could be a failed sting operation from FBI? I think that FBI would arrest terrorists before they plant the bombs.
